    Thank you for your interest in joining the TechServ team.

    If you are interested in pursuing a position further, you’ll need to complete the online form on this page along with the Career History Form (above). Make certain the Career History Form is completed in its entirety.
    There are a couple things to mention before we go any further. At TechServ, recruiting potential employees is a critical matter and we have developed a well-defined process to evaluate candidates.
    When you complete your Career History Form, you must include EVERY job you’ve had going back to the completion of your education. If we see a gap in your job history, you will need to explain that gap, or we will not pursue you further.

    After we receive your Career History Form, if we are interested, we will schedule a phone interview with you.
    The next step would be a face to face interview, during which we will go through a detailed questionnaire with you.
    Our next step would be to ask you to arrange to have 3 references call our office. These will be 3 references we pick from your job history, not necessarily the references you’ve provided. We will not call them; you will have to have each of them contact us.
