TechServ’s Essential-CARE delivers a secure and comprehensive business class automated patch management solution. It also includes remote access tools to access any workstation in your office.

This service package is the first block of support and absolutely essential. It is the cornerstone of our program and begins at the hardware and software infrastructure level. We eliminate 50%-80% of all problems before they become a problem and result in downtime or lost data. This is accomplished by proactively patching and optimizing desktops while also guarding against viruses, spyware, and malware.

We centralize our services and monitor 24x7x365 to ensure all security policies and information technology (IT) best practices are implemented and maintained.
